Refund Policy


1. Eligibility & Dispute Opening


All refund or dispute requests must be opened through CJ Dropshipping.


Customers must open a dispute within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective, wrong size, wrong color, or damaged.


Late disputes (after 3 days) may not be accepted.




2. Proof Requirement


Customers must provide photos or videos showing the defect or wrong item.


Screenshots of complaints (e.g., email or payment gateway messages) are required for verification.




3. Refund Types & Processing Time


Full Refund: For defective or completely wrong items. Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after dispute approval.


Partial Refund: For minor issues. Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.


Replacement / Resend: For defective or wrong items. CJ will ship replacement within 7–14 business days after approval.




4. Refund Method


Refunds are issued via the original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, CJ Wallet).


International banking may cause slight delays depending on the bank.




5. Unacceptable Disputes


Disputes stating β€œI don’t like it” without valid defect or damage.


Wrong SKU or incorrect orders due to customer error.


Incorr
